Anne Steiner is Cprime’s Chief Product Coach and thought leader in the area of Product Agility. Anne has more than 25 years’ experience in tech, working as a developer, product manager, coach, and executive. She has been with Cprime (and acquired companies) for nearly a decade and has stepped on every rung of the ladder in the company. She has worked as a product coach since 2015, built and led Cprime’s Product Agility practice, guided the company’s Product and Technology portfolio, and then was promoted to CEO in 2021. Today, Anne has stepped back from internal leadership responsibilities, returning her focus to working with clients and promoting product thinking.

Ken is an energetic leader who uses passion and imagination to empower individuals and organizations to fulfill on their mission. He has a background in software engineering, project management, training, and coaching. He is driven to help teams as they discover how to enjoy their work and discover the value that passion brings to their work. Ken leads discovery conversations with engineers and C-level executives that allows them to identify the gaps that exist and identify how product agility can make the difference in what they are up to. Ken utilizes an interactive model of transformational education that engages and empowers teams to identify and take steps to transform their teams and their organizations.
