  • Speaker Paul Van Siclen Director of Financial Services

    Paul Van Siclen is the Director of Financial Services for Confluent. Prior to his role at Confluent, he supported enterprise software customers by demonstrating the value of analytics solutions across global banking, insurance and capital markets firms. Paul also spent two decades in the Banking & Finance industry supporting a variety of products such as Auto Dealer Finance, Credit Card, Railcar Leasing and Mortgage, as divisional CFO of CIT Group he was responsible for a $5 billion leasing portfolio. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Florida.

  • Speaker Jim Zucker Principal Architect and AVP of Delivery

    Jim Zucker is a principal architect and AVP of Delivery in the Ness Financial Services vertical. Jim has over 25 years of experience and is an expert in digital transformation of trading and compliance functions. Before joining Ness, Jim served as the CTO for EZOPS. He has a BA in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz & is a US Army Veteran.
