Thomas Doyle (Tom Doyle) is the fourth generation owner and butcher of Alpine Butcher. He started working at the store at the age of 10 and continued to apprentice under his father Peter Doyle and Uncle Dennis Doyle, until he and his brother, Gregory, acquired the company in 2015. Under the new ownership, the store has expanded into online shipping nationwide and began to exclusively sell both USDA Prime and imported Wagyu beef directly to consumers to give their customers the most exclusive meat experience that is possible.
