IDC Future Enterprise Awards: Future of Operations

The IDC Future Enterprise Awards is proud to present the IDC Future Enterprise North America Best in Future of Operations North America Award overall winner, Georgia-Pacific. Their project, Enterprise AI for Manufacturing Operations at Georgia-Pacific highlights the Collaboration Support Center (CSC), a system that addresses equipment and process reliability at more than 100 manufacturing facilities.

It is a fundamental shift in the operations model to one that fosters data-driven resilient decision-making in the context of the enterprise and supports operational strategies that are designed to support increased operational agility and resilience rather than centrally focused on delivering efficiency above all else.
