Sommelier Led Dinner Featuring the Wines of Burgundy at La Grenouille

Rarely have macroeconomic conditions been so uncertain.

Economists at S&P, Citi and Deutsche Bank say the chances of a recession are 50:50.  Inflation is at a record high. Unemployment is at a record low.  Some companies that held back during Covid are increasing their capital spending – Google’s parent, Alphabet, General Motors and Pepsi to name a few. Others, such as Microsoft and Oracle, are cutting costs.  All are grappling with strategic planning amongst economic instability, supply chain woes, costly cloud services, expensive legacy applications, data management challenges, and talent shortages.

How are you navigating the need for operational excellence and efficiency while becoming more digital and agile?

Spend an evening thinking through the current climate and ways to reduce spend – optimize cloud consumption, automate and standardize systems around SaaS and more – while increasing your ability to innovate.

Doug Lavin, Vice President for Innovation and Strategy at UST and Andres Sadler, CEO for Global Business Services at Wolter Kluwers will co-facilitate the discussion

Join us for a Three-Course dinner, curated by the chef and sommelier to complement and enhance the wines of Burgundy; the most sought after, rare and expensive wines in the world. Our James Beard Award winning-Sommelier will then guide you through your dinner and drinks, enlightening you on delicacies of Burgundy wines and answering any questions you may have.

La Grenouille

La Grenouille is a bastion of old-world glamour, elegance. and manners—complete with an exorbitant budget for floral arrangements. Although this storied enclave still attracts a devoted following, there’s always room for locals, newbies and blinged-out tourists. Everyone looks good in this lavish dining room, where red velvet banquettes, polished wood veneer, and softly lit tables bathe the space with rose and apricot hues
