Cheryl Bevelle-Orange
With over 25 years of experience in her field, Cheryl Bevelle-Orange commands IT strategy, operations, applications, and infrastructure that underpin the FedEx Custom Critical enterprise. Cheryl's career is characterized by exceptional leadership, both within the workplace and the broader community. As one of the founding members of the FedEx African American Committee, she was instrumental in engaging esteemed speakers, including Dr. Susan Taylor, Donna Brazile, and Dr. Terrence Roberts. This initiative is aimed to enlighten FedEx's workforce about diversity issues and fostering an inclusive corporate culture. Cheryl is the author "The Courage To Continue: Navigating Your Corporate Journey".
Dr. Gina Guillaume-Joseph
Gina Guillaume-Joseph, PhD is a published author and technologist with executive experience and thought leadership within the Federal and Commercial Sector. Gina was recently selected to be the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Government at Workday. Gina will leverage her technology implementation experience and vast network to align Workday with the Federal Government’s Technology Transformation Strategy. She brings a highly specialized perspective including Federal compliance, first hand Workday project experience, and higher education experience as an Adjunct Faculty member. Her accomplishments and successes are based on strong program performance, leadership discipline, a commitment to developing relevant, innovative and adaptive solutions, and a vigilant focus on best value solutions for her clients.
Randy Storch
Randy is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) delivering innovation solutions to large global corporate clients.  He conceived, and led the development of an industry leading platform that digitally transforms all assets and processes for the management of all building functions. This platform is foundational in enabling AI to be used in optimizing building operations.  Prior to joining JLL Randy had been an independent consultant assisting companies create, develop, and launch new technology products in various industries. He was the founder and CEO of six technology companies in the areas of airline reservations, telecommunications, Internet security and smart buildings. His career included being the President and CEO of Herman Miller’s smart building division, Convia, where he was responsible for developing and launching a smart building platform that monitored and controlled lighting, HVAC, and other building infrastructure.
Daniel W. Rasmus
Daniel W. Rasmus is the former head of thought leadership marketing for Microsoft Office and was a Vice President of Research at Forrester Research. He is the Founder and Principal Analyst at Serious Insights, a boutique analyst firm focused on helping businesses navigate the new world of work, and individuals master the art of thought leadership. The author of Listening to the Future, Dan is a strategist and industry analyst who has helped clients put their future in context. Rasmus uses scenarios to analyze trends in society, technology, economics, the environment, and politics in order to discover implications used to develop and refine products, services and experiences. He leverages this work and methodology for content development, workshops and for professional development.

Brent is an Executive CISO who enables Afni and its global workforce of 11,000+ to support their clients safely and securely. He reports to the CEO and leads a team of over 20. Brent is a spirited and thoughtful conversationalist who does not shy away from challenging topics.

Siva Balu has over 23 years of business, technology and healthcare experience in various executive leadership roles. During this extensive experience, Siva led various transformational strategic initiatives including the founding of various high growth businesses based in healthcare, technology, products, platforms, and data. Siva spent over 20 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield, enabling over 110 million members, 1 in 3 Americans, to receive high quality healthcare. At the Blues, Siva helped build various businesses to help with consumer experience, reduce operational cost, tackle social determinants of health and more. He also led the transformation of technology into advanced technologies like cloud, big data, blockchain, and AI/ML. Siva currently leads a large portfolio business for UnitedHealth Group leading various M&As and a portfolio of businesses. UnitedHealth Group is a Fortune 5 world’s largest healthcare firm with $350 annual revenue and 440,000 employees.
Dwayne Emerson
Dwayne Emerson is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Orange Business for the Americas region. Focused on assisting large enterprises with their digital transformation, strategy, architecture, IT initiatives, and exploring the art of the possible through applied innovation and cost optimization. Leading a high-performance team of engineering, and business experts focused on driving architecture, design, service delivery, and innovation for global customers. He has held senior positions in sales, marketing, business development, design, engineering, and service delivery at companies such as General Electric, Ericsson, Cincinnati Bell, Hewlett-Packard, BT, DXC, and WWT. Dwayne was awarded the CTO of the Year in 2017 for his focus and achievements in engineering and IT strategy in the USA. He has been recognized as one of Cincinnati’s significant technology influencers in 2017, 2018, and again in 2019. He was recognized again in 2023 as a TelcoTitan.
