SAP & Ecenta: The Customer-centric Organization

Thursday Nov. 5, 4:00-5:00 PM ET

SAP: What are the hallmarks of a customer-centric organization?

They uncover hidden revenue opportunities by unifying all sources of customer data into comprehensive and actionable profiles. They build customer trust and address data privacy regulations by honoring the purpose of customer data. They also delight customers at every touch point by activating the right data to the right engagement systems to deliver hyper-personalized experiences.

To accomplish these complex, yet critical, missions, market leaders are turning to a new generation of customer data platforms (CDPs). Hear from Adrian Nash, Head of Strategy for SAP CX, why your business should consider a CDP solution as a centerpiece of your customer experience strategy.

Speaker: Adrian Nash, Head of Strategy, SAP Customer Experience Adrian is the Head of Strategy for SAP Customer Experience, and before that led the product strategy of the SAP Customer Data Cloud, working closely with the engineering and product teams to bringing the SAP Customer Data Platform to market. Prior to leading the Product team, Adrian led the EMEA Global Services team, coming from senior roles in Professional Services teams for companies such as IBM, Tealeaf and Alterian.

Ecenta: Customer Data in the Age of Customer Experience

Each customer expects a meaningful experience, and if they don’t get it from you, they will get it from your competitors. So how can your organization deliver the experiences your customers’ expect and turn it into a competitive advantage? By harnessing the power of your organization’s siloed customer data, you can create relevant customer profiles that can be shared across platforms and processes to deliver consistent and meaningful experiences based on the customer’s requests or needs, regardless of the channel.
