Architecting for the unknown: The orchestration layer for the next decade of process and AI in Banking

Tuesday, October 27th | 6:00-9:00 PM ET

Banking is colliding with a hard truth: AI velocity and regulatory certainty don't move at the same speed. As autonomous agents proliferate across financial institutions, the winners won't be the ones who move fastest. They'll be the ones who can prove why every AI decision was made.

This intimate evening pairs a Private Chef's Table and Guided Wine Dinner with a candid executive conversation on what it actually takes to govern AI at scale in banking.

On the table:

  • Why banks betting on single vendors will struggle, and what a composable orchestration layer looks like instead
  • Blending deterministic controls with dynamic AI coordination without slowing decisions down
  • Building audit trails that hold up to regulators, not just to engineers
  • Moving from pilots to production, and staying ready for whatever comes next

Set at GEORGE Restaurant, Toronto, this is a small, high-caliber room built for real conversation, not a stage. Expect direct exchange with peers facing the same pressure to modernize without losing control.
