The AI Talent Map Has Changed: How to Build Your Workforce for What’s Next
Thursday, October 29th | 6:00-9:00 PM ET

Some of the best conversations in tech don't happen under fluorescent lights — they happen in a room you have to go looking for.

TechTalk Summits and Oyster are bringing an intimate group of industry leaders to Hecate, a speakeasy tucked down an alley behind an unmarked door, built around occult theming, candlelight, and a house style of drinks-with-a-story. This isn't a rented ballroom — it's a room built for lingering, and for one night, it's yours.

What to expect:

  • Creative cocktails built around storytelling and presentation, New York-style speakeasy craft
  • Cozy, curated seating with attentive service throughout the night
  • A fireside chat on the future of AI talent, led by Oyster
  • A dark, atmospheric room designed for real conversation, not networking small talk

The Discussion

The AI Talent Map Has Changed: How to Build Your Workforce for What's Next

AI is changing the workforce faster than job titles, hiring practices, and traditional talent markets can keep up. So where should companies actually be looking for the people who will power their next stage of growth? Drawing on new data from Oyster's 2026 Global AI Talent Report, this conversation will explore where AI-fluent talent is emerging around the world, why some of the most valuable AI skills are showing up far beyond technical roles, and what leaders should prioritize when hiring for capabilities that are evolving by the month. We'll unpack how forward-looking companies can widen their talent map, rethink what makes a candidate exceptional, and build a workforce that pairs AI fluency with the human judgment, adaptability, and craft that technology can't replace.

Hecate doesn't announce itself — you find it, or you don't. That's the point. Inside, the mood turns dark and a little magical, the kind of place that makes a two-hour conversation feel like it moved fast.

Space is limited to keep the room conversational.
