The AI Talent Map Has Changed: How to Build Your Workforce for What’s Next
Thursday, October 8th | 6:00-9:00 PM PT

Some of the best conversations in tech happen when we make time to gather — especially over a Sazerac.

TechTalk Summits and Oyster are bringing an intimate group of industry leaders to Rickhouse, San Francisco's Financial District speakeasy built from century-old whiskey barrels, reclaimed staves, and charred brick salvaged from before the 1906 earthquake. This isn't a rented ballroom — it's a working piece of San Francisco's drinking history, and for one night, it's yours to explore what your experiencing in hiring these days.

What to expect:

  • Craft cocktails from a menu built around rare whiskeys and small-batch spirits, plus a rotating selection of Bay Area beer and wine
  • Specialty passed apps featuring fresh, local ingredients
  • A fireside chat on the future of AI talent, led by Oyster
  • A dimly lit, fireplace-warmed room built for real conversation, not networking small talk

The AI Talent Map Has Changed: How to Build Your Workforce for What's Next

AI is changing the workforce faster than job titles, hiring practices, and traditional talent markets can keep up. So where should companies actually be looking for the people who will power their next stage of growth? Drawing on new data from Oyster's 2026 Global AI Talent Report, this conversation will explore where AI-fluent talent is emerging around the world, why some of the most valuable AI skills are showing up far beyond technical roles, and what leaders should prioritize when hiring for capabilities that are evolving by the month. We'll unpack how forward-looking companies can widen their talent map, rethink what makes a candidate exceptional, and build a workforce that pairs AI fluency with the human judgment, adaptability, and craft that technology can't replace.

Rickhouse takes its name from the warehouses where whiskey barrels once aged — heat rising through the upper floors, cooler air settling below, each level producing a different character of spirit. Ten years in, the bar carries that same idea forward: something crafted, layered, and worth taking your time with.

Space is limited to keep the room conversational. Secure your spot now.
