Originally constructed in the 1970's as a bank, the building that stands at the south-east corner of Seventh Avenue and Dolores Street has always stood out in the landscape of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The modernist architecture has become a treasured landmark. The all-natural, humanely-raised meats are sourced exclusively from Niman Ranch's network of small, independent farmers, with steaks dry aged for a minimum of 28 days. Beware the craft cocktail and wine program that will have you contemplating a liquid diet. All-in-all, the energy is sophisticated and social, so if you're looking for a good time, this will be the place to be.
