Harness the power of automation and real-time data to transform decision making and demand planning
In a recent study, the Capgemini Research Institute found that 77 percent of organizations recognize the need for change and are accelerating investments in supply-chain sustainability over the next three years. The research indicates that more than 80 percent of organizations have reported their supply chains being negatively impacted by the pandemic, with a vast majority struggling across all aspects of their operations. It has also forced organizations to prioritize resilience, with two-thirds stating their supply-chain strategy will need to change significantly to adapt to the new normal.
There is growing awareness that supply chains and GSNs (Global Supply Networks) need to be more flexible and agile so they can react and adapt quickly to any potential future disruption. All of this is leading to greater investment in the supply chain towards improving resilience, specifically in technologies that make supply chains more autonomous and intelligent.
Join Capgemini and our market-leading clients for a three-part interactive discussion series. Cognex, Ingevity, and Amicus will share their unique supply-chain transformation journeys leveraging SAP IBP in innovative ways.
Session 3: Amicus utilizes demand-driven IBP S&OP processes and innovates with shelf-life planning.
