We want to see you get messy with all the fixin’s in St. Louis with us. No need to get up early for this one, all we ask is that you come hungry. St. Louis is THE city for barbeque, and we booked the legendary Salt + Smoke for a night of BBQ you’ll never forget, so let’s enjoy some brisket in this smoked meat mecca while we talk shop with a packed house.

Let us tell you about the meat on the bone. We enjoy cocktails, whiskey, and beer while the room fills up. There will be time for presenting to our guests and taking some questions. Then we pile smoked meats and sides onto our plates paired with another beverage. We can’t think of anything better to do in the great state of Missouri.

Paradise is sitting down to a meal with great friends at Salt + Smoke. Get a plate filled with your favorite cut of our world-famous brisket, smoked over post oak for 16 hours, or explore our other dishes—smoked salmon, St. Louis cut ribs, and our pulled pork will all keep your mouth watering and your appetite satisfied.
